Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

 

Domestic shipping (United States)

 

Standard (5–8 business days): $5.99 flat rate

 

Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.99

 

Free standard shipping on orders over $50

 

International shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Shipping address changes

Please contact us immediately at FecteauTraner@gmail.com with your order number and corrected address. We cannot modify addresses after shipment.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost in transit, please email FecteauTraner@gmail.com and we will file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be issued after the claim is resolved (typically 7–14 days).

 

Customs & duties

All orders ship from within the US. No customs fees apply.
